Her paper was published on 25th June 2007 in the Archives of Internal Medicine, a copy of which can be viewed or down loaded here. Results and conclusions are highly encouraging with the author concluding that "The Diet Plate is as good as any pharmacotherapy currently prescribed but without any side effects whatsoever other than a decreased reliance on insulin and other medication."
